1. General Provisions & Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as below:

• "Platform" — The 2l89 website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "Player" — Any person who operates a registered account on the platform.
• "Account" — A player's personal registered profile on 2l89.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a player's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money awarded as part of a promotional offer, subject to specific conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in bonus forfeiture and cancellation of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

3. Account Verification

2l89 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

• Scan of National ID (NID) or passport
• Active mobile number verification
• Verification of payment method ownership (bKash / Nagad / Rocket number)
• Proof of residential address (where applicable)

If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be delayed. If verification fails or information appears suspicious, the account may be suspended.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at 2l89: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposit requests are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit.

4.3 Accepted Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently supported.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated funds will be seized.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The current welcome bonus at 2l89 is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To make a bonus withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total wager amount must be met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after bonus activation, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 2l89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• In the event of bonus abuse or manipulation, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 2l89 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Promotion through tiers is based on regular and active play. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game session, 2l89 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wager. There is no obligation to pay out incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 2l89

2l89 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, suspicious activity, failure to verify identity, or security-related reasons.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time through the support team. All valid balances must be withdrawn before submitting a closure request.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
